Great location, comfortable beds and...

Liked: The location is fantastic and the owner is really lovely and friendly.The room is large and well equipped with a small mini bar fridge that was totally silent. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It's a lovely place but it's a bit tired. It needs an investment to update it.

If you need a hotel...

Liked: The Manager, Bart is a friendly and an amenable person. The hotel is well located for the sporting event we go to watch.The facilities are clean and functional and the beds are comfortable.The breakfast spread is a large and varied continental spread.We have stayed here about 4 times and always find it pleasant.

Liked: Ideal location fairly central to the town. Friendly helpful host.

OK, but I'd probably look...

Liked: A good continental cold buffet. But no hot breakfast options. Lots of secure cycle storage.
Disliked: The hotel furnishings were a little tired, especially the bathroom. On the second night a neighbour's dog barked loudly for hours, although I don't blame the hotel.
