Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, great location. The room is a bit small for 4 persons but we liked it. Breakfast was very nice.

Liked: Fantactic breakfast, like the best breakfast we had in our hole Italy trip. Fits all tastes. Room was clean, everything was fine and comfortable for our family stay. Good that hotel has 24-front desk, as we arrived from airport at midnight.
Disliked: Although the pictures match the fitting and the design of the rooms and hotel common facilities, the ancient luxury vibe is not there. I guess the picture lighting has done the trick and presents the hotel as more historic/castle style then it really is. Smells a bit from cigarettes all around the hotel.
