Liked: Great location, wonderful staff. World class breakfast buffet with a Polish touch. During a previous visit, I forgot a coat, and they kept it for almost half a year until my next stay: My thanks to the hotel team for that!
Disliked: Nothing negative at all.

Liked: When in the room we could hear people in the corridor arguing or talking, noise from outside the room could be heard in the room even though we were on the 3rd floor. External door that we needed our room key to enter and exit during certain hours, was easy to access without room key as it did not shut securely, we accessed without having to use hotel key, security questionable.
Disliked: Rated a 4 star. We expected the room to be check on day 2, we left the room at about 10am returned late afternoon,, the towels has not be changed, the bed had not been made, for a 4 star we expected this as a minimum. There was also mould in the seal of the shower door and grout at the bottom of the shower, not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. On the day of departure Wednesday 01/01/25 we went for breakfast at 7am as we had to catch our transfer bus to the airport at 8 am. we entered the dining room and was informed that breakfast did not start till 8am. No previous information. Staff informed us they were informed by email.
