Liked: When in the room we could hear people in the corridor arguing or talking, noise from outside the room could be heard in the room even though we were on the 3rd floor. External door that we needed our room key to enter and exit during certain hours, was easy to access without room key as it did not shut securely, we accessed without having to use hotel key, security questionable.
Disliked: Rated a 4 star. We expected the room to be check on day 2, we left the room at about 10am returned late afternoon,, the towels has not be changed, the bed had not been made, for a 4 star we expected this as a minimum. There was also mould in the seal of the shower door and grout at the bottom of the shower, not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. On the day of departure Wednesday 01/01/25 we went for breakfast at 7am as we had to catch our transfer bus to the airport at 8 am. we entered the dining room and was informed that breakfast did not start till 8am. No previous information. Staff informed us they were informed by email.

Liked: location of the hotel, own restaurant, spacious room, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, wide bath
Disliked: there were stains on the sofa, noisy bathroom ventilation motor

Liked: Excellent staff, warm, friendly and goes beyond to assist the customer. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners to the staff at the restaurant....etc were at their best. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back in the future.If possible try to book a room that is overlooking the Rynek ( square ).
Disliked: It was unclear that the main door to the hotel will be closed at 2200 hrs, and a door on the side street is open. Would be nice if this is mentioned in the welcome SOP.
