Liked: Brilliant location, room was well equipped and had lovely facilities.
Disliked: Once or twice there was a stagnant smell coming from the sink but you'd only notice it if you were at the sink. Street outside was loud with the tram and passers-by but the windows were quite soundproof. We both slept well regardless.

Liked: The location is in a good area
Disliked: I booked an economic room with double bed for 373£ and o got a single bed economic room for 388£. To get what i booked in the first place ( a double bed economic room) i had to pay another 30€. On top of that staff made me feel so unwelcome and akward.Never go there again.
