Fairly good

Liked: Very good location, right next to the Central Station, clean, convenient, there is a bath in the bathroom, a nice shower gel.
Disliked: The receptionist girl. She was flirting with male guests, chatting about the places they have been to in Italy, etc. and was exceptionally rude and aggressive to us who were waiting for a check in.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. Train station.across the road. Airport 6 stops on the train. Clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Rooms okay.
Disliked: The hotel is very dark, and as a result, my husband fell up the two dark steps, and his head went through a glass door. The staff didn't have a clue about first aid. My daughter n I did, we asked for an ice pack, we got a bag of ice. We asked for first aid. We got a cloth n water. Very unprofessional to say they were more concerned with the door. No sorry or compensation from the hotel. I'm very disappointed.

A Nice Hotel In A...

Liked: Location. Staff friendliness.
Disliked: It would be nice if the rooms had a couple of chairs and small table to sit and have a coffee in the morning. The coffee was not resupplied daily with only four ‘pods’ for two people for three days.
