Liked: The staff is very polite. They kindly provided hot water for our thermos cup so we could gargle for a sore throat.
Disliked: There was only one towel per person.

Liked: Location was excellent, 5 mins walk from the nearest Metro station, a short walk away from decent restaurants. Bed and room were very comfy. The bar was good and glad it showed football games. Also was grateful for the free beer from the manager.
Disliked: The sink partially leaked and it was a bit noisy at night which meant sleeping was a bit difficult. Also reading light stopped working. Overall though I was grateful for the hotel and friendly staff.
