Superb
Liked: Very good hotel. It's better in the reality then on the pictures. Location and price are good, it's quiet, the bed is comfortable, the stuff is friendly.

Very good
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was right in the heart of everything. The bed made for a good sleep. The shower was absolutely the best!! I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: We purposely sought out a hotel with an elevator. Unfortunately, it was out of order during our stay. The staff were kind enough to carry our luggage upstairs for us on arrival. I would have given this hotel a 10 if the elevator had been working.

Superb
Liked: Charming and classic, the hotel offers a perfect blend of old-world charm. The prime location makes exploring the city effortless, while the friendly staff ensures a warm, welcoming stay.
Disliked: Small room and outdated furniture

Not worth a single penny.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Elevator was not working, had to climb 2 floors of steep stairs with a sore knee. Zero communication, they just don't respond to any messages! Rude staff overall, especially the receptionists. Room old and small, not super clean, bad smell, few things broken, dark, heating insufficient and noisy, small single bed. Toilet so close to the shower that one couldn't even seat. No fire alarm in the room. Breakfast just ok but very basic with cheap products, no indication of allergens. All in all, as it is right now, not worth a single penny.

Never again in this Hotel!!!
Liked: The dining room and the attitude of the lady who served us.
Disliked: During our recent stay at Hotel Amadeus in Turin, our group of three individuals, all of us retired persons, faced significant inconveniences. The elevator was non-operational, which was not disclosed prior to our check-in, resulting us being assigned a room on the fifth floor. This lack of advance notice was especially problematic given our age. Furthermore, the reception staff, though hardworking, relied on manual notebooks instead of a computer system, making the process appear inefficient and chaotic and also made us waiting almost for an hour in the reception area.We were promised to come back to us next morning, to try to change the room. No one came. The next morning, during our check-out, the receptionist was slow to call a taxi for us, being preoccupied with manual accounting tasks, causing us to nearly miss our train. Only after we expressed urgency, he arrange a taxi.”

Excellen location which made up...
Liked: Great location. Could walk to all the main sights of Turin. Hotel was decent but in need of upgrading.
Disliked: Brought my own travel kettle as no kettle was provided in the room.

Very disappointing. The whole experience...
Liked: Good location for sightseeing. Wholemeal bread unavailable at first, just cakes and pastries and white sliced bread, but wholemeal bread was provided on request. Receptionist helpful with various minor requests.
Disliked: Room in great need of renovation. Old-fashioned, small, depressing. Ventilator in bathroom made constant loud grinding noise all the time the bathroom light was on (i.e.whenever bathroom was in use, as it had no windows). Shower door hard to move. Asked for repair of ventilator every day and was always told they would try to get it done. Never happened. Lighting poor, so had to do make-up in main room holding a hand mirror. I would not want to stay there again. So-called 'bar' was a spillover breakfast area in a cold corridor.
