Very comfortable hotel in good...

Liked: Excellent room - spacious and comfortable. Spa and sauna nice - pool was quite small. Good choice at breakfast.
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Avoid. Rude with negligible service

Liked: Room was good. Location
Disliked: Staff rudeFailed to order dessert menu or come for payment. Tried to Charge for not received services, then accessed us of the error. Luxury hotel? They need to experience international hotels.

Liked: Great spacious room with view at the waterfall And good breakfast with very friendly staff.
Disliked: The weather 😉
