Disliked: Rude staff at reception. Insulted me after I asked to note down my company’s address for invoicing. Still no invoice received after 2 weeks. Would suggest to any business traveler to avoid this place.Wrong location was shown while booking (south of Düsseldorf near The Frame where I had to go, but actual address is downtown!

Disliked: booked for two people, not enough towels, 1 head pillow, small bed, small duvet, allot of noise from the street, parking was a nightmare, depends what you want, not for me again

Liked: The room and facilities were very clean and the location was fairly quiet at night
Disliked: Parking in the area is very difficult I managed to park a 5 minute walk away but I think I was lucky to find this space
