Disappointing and overpriced

Liked: The property is has a nice reception. The lady on reception in the mornings, with short hair and glasses, is lovely.
Disliked: The rooms are dated, the employees apart from the one mentioned above are not particularly helpful. We requested a twin room with an ensuite and were instead given a double bed with a shower in the room, highly inappropriate for friends despite our request. The breakfast was okay, but very overpriced, and the surf theme was tacky. The coffee machine didn’t work, and there was no UHT milk in the room for tea. We asked for cutlery at reception, as we had to order food after being told room service was not available. We were then charged for disposable wooden forks. Overpriced and would not stay again. I could forgive the lack of a central location, but the didn’t even try and make up for it.

Dogs, comfort and beautiful place

Liked: We traveled with 3 rottweilers with us and we found nothing but acceptance and kindness. The hotel is smart, modern, the rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. We loved our staying there. Very nice quality-price balance. Plus we didn't pay anything for the dogs, that is always a nice thing when you travel with so many dogs.

Liked: The artistry is so unique. Original and very well done
Disliked: Check in was a bit tedious and don't try to park a large car underneath unless you are a very good driver. Do yourself a favor and just park outside.
