Liked: Room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the old city. Great location. Very clean. Very big rooms.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit pricy for the offered things and quality.

Liked: Location was very good, easy walking distance to centre. Nice low-key feeling to the place --suits me very well. Big spacious room -- not very common these days.
Disliked: Fairly minor but [1] it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea. Water only supplied. [2] When my flight was delayed by 4 hours I tried to advise the hotel but no-one answered the phone. I sent an e-mail but wasn't sure it had been received.

Ideal location if you are...

Liked: Great location by the river for visiting the old and new city centres, seeing the sights and taking in the historic river ambience. Easy walk into the historic central areas, with scenic views galore.Excellent staff on duty at reception; welcoming, informative and helpful. The hotel has a small, intimate, relaxed and quiet feel, being located just outside the busier inner city areas. I visited Dresden for just two days, one night, but saw a lot in that time staying at this hotel.

Liked: Spacious and clean room, big windows provide a nice view of the city and the river.
Disliked: Because of the collapsed bridge, it is not very convenient for pedestrians. By the way, it would be better if a coffee machine were inside the room.
