Liked: The family room was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was warm and had everything we needed for a three night visit to the Christmas markets. The tram stop to the centre is literally right outside the door!
Disliked: The beds were quite hard . Pillows were flat.

Very nice stay!

Liked: Very nice and spacious apartment with a balcony and a bathtub and a shower. An equipped kitchen and everything needed for cooking. It was even better than I expected. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. Easy connection by tram to the city centre. Nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Disliked: This was no problem for us but it would be good to clearly mention in the description that the lift does not go all the way to the apartments. The bathroom battery was very dusty and there where no hooks for towels, also there was no shower curtain for the bathtub. It would be good to have a mirror also outside the bathroom.

Disliked: No bidet in toilet, bed was missing mattress protector, a bit noisy room because tram traffic.
