A wonderful hotel in Tubingen...

Liked: In a great location the Hotel is full of old world charm with amazing rooms, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast.
Disliked: I would have liked to try their restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. However there is a great steak restaurant across the street which I really enjoyed. I will try the hotel restaurant on my next visit.

If only we really had...

Disliked: We've stayed at the Hotel am Schloss a few times before and return always for the view. Recently it seems they have converted a building a few doors down into hotel space. Instead of a view toward the castle gate, our room looked into someone's back yard. So no view or privacy either unless the drapes were drawn. Truly disappointing.
