Old-fashioned in good and bad

Liked: The location is quite nice, with good public transportation options for a zone outside the ring. Old Köpenick is very busy and diverse.The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable.Reception is open 24/7 and the staff was polite.
Disliked: The style is very old fashioned. The reception is just next to a tavern style bar which attracts a tad seedy kind of crowd. The shower is too small and the water pressure is difficult to regulate. The tube was stiff.

Disliked: Because of booking. Com , so we get bad room, luckily reception guy are friendly. So we get better room

Once was enough

Liked: The location is good, since it is close to Altstadt Köpenick. The underground parking is also nice, especially over New Year. You can be sure your car is safe. Price is reasonable.
Disliked: The rooms are very basic. On the pictures, they look 10x better. You also see a kettle, cups, water bottle, mini fridge etc in the pictures. In both rooms we saw, none of this was there... This is borderline scam in my opinion. The first room we got, the shower was broken a didn't work. The damage was clearly visible. How did they overlook that? We complained and very quickly got another room. In the second room, the TV didn't work and the bathroom shower area was mouldy and the smell was quite strong and unpleasant. Some places, such as behind the table area by the plugs, was covered in dust, as if it wasn't cleaned for months. The rooms were generally clean, but when you look closer, you find areas that weren't...All in all, the best part of the stay was leaving.
