Memorable, happy, comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, delicious food and many choices. Very hospitable, efficient staff especially by Cema. Felt like home. She knew exactly what one wanted and remembered them precisely the rest of our stay. Congratulations for staff like here. Cema was always smiling and happy to serve.

Disliked: The level of sofa bed was really even, therefore it was a bit uncomfortable.

I would stay again

Liked: Superb staff and breakfast. Got a discount for the parking lot located not far from the hotel. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner in the room and a good frigobar.
Disliked: I’d say that I don’t love carpets in rooms mostly because of allergies. Hotel may consider a renovation on that part.

Exceptional

Liked: I like everything a out the hotel. One of the best hotels I have stayed. From Reception Julia & I can't remember the name of the other girl. They were extremely helpful. And Sema at the restaurant, when we come for breakfast she will always welcome with a good morning wish and a broad smile. We will miss them all. But will surely stay at this hotel whenever we come to Salzburg. Thank you everyone.

Liked: Convenient location, great staff. Across the street Mirabellgarten and Mirabellpalace, 3 minutes walk to Mozart House Museum, 5 minutes to Makartstag pedestrian bridge, 10 minutes to Getreidegasse and Cathedral.
