It was a short but...

Liked: We had a very early flight out of Frankfurt so we were up ridiculously early to catch a train to the airport and the hotel was in the perfect location. A short five minute walk. Also, my daughter left her little coin purse in the room. I emailed the hotel two or three days after we returned home to see if she left it there and it was at the front desk. I asked if her Euros were still in the coin purse and if they could use the money in there to mail her coin purse home to her in the US. The front desk clerk took a picture of the addressed package to show me in an email he had in fact wrapped it up to send. It probably wasn't worth shipping international postage but it was a bit sentimental to her. He went above and beyond which I appreciate.

A nice hotel in walking...

Liked: The room is spacious and comfy, and the staff is warm welcoming.

Hotel grest position management helpful...

Liked: Breakfast was really nice. Room was very comfortable. Beds excellent. Only a short walk to the main shopping areas
Disliked: A place to put your case other than the floor
