Liked: The room itself was decent and modern, the staff was kind and tried their best.
Disliked: The toilets weren't clean, and it gets pretty cramped in the bathroom.I specifically requested a quiet room which was confirmed, only to be woken up by deliveries for the neighboring restaurant at 4h30am (which by the way is supposed to be quiet time by law). It was so loud that no earplugs would help and the windows did not catch much of the noise. This took over 2h at which point I felt like leaving this place.

A stylish place to stay...

Liked: Excellent location for the train station and the city. Super view of the cathedral. Nicely furnished rooms, great decor. Big, comfy bed. Space to move around.
Disliked: Breakfast at the hotel is relatively expensive. We opted to eat out and enjoyed our breakfasts without paying over the odds.
