Good room and location, would...

Liked: Suite room was good, separate bedroom and sitting room, lots of hot water and a bath for the kids so happy family. Great to have a fridge and kettle but I did bring my own tea bags which was lucky.
Disliked: Would have benefitted from some tips for nearby shops and restaurants. Vienna is a tough city to get a table at meal times and we didn't know or expect this so some local insight for tourists would be helpful

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Interesting design in hotel.
Disliked: The staff could be a little brusque. The bathroom was tiny and outdated.

Superb

Liked: Crossing the doorstep feels like entering or exiting a well maintained time capsule. For people who have lived in that time, it's a journey back into the comfort of one's childhood or youth.
Disliked: If I'm asked to dig deep for something I didn't like so much, I'd be tempted to say the stuffing of the pillows was a bit meagre. But then again... I haven't asked at the reception whether they had a plumper one on offer.
