Liked: I can’t fault it! We absolutely loved our stay! The location is great, the room has high ceilings, a very clever layout and super comfortable bed. Breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Beautiful building, lack of warmth...

Liked: Beautiful fin-de-siecle building, many original art objects, the breakfast salon, the breakfast staff. Breakfast was ok, not so many options but high-quality products.
Disliked: The reception staff where not really engaging and we always had the impression we were bothering them. No question how our journey were, and also no offering for a tea, water or prosecco, although everything was placed near the reception. But we‘ve got a small upgrade.

Liked: These are the nicest people on the face of the earth. They take care of seniors and young families with equal aplomb.

Liked: Love the rooms and bathrooms. The art in the rooms and halls makes it feel special.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed could have been newer and firmer. The separate duvets is not what I am used to but I got used to it eventually
