Located in a renovated historic building in the popular Spittelberg quarter this elegant 4-star boutique hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Museum Quarter. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms. All rooms at the Altstadt Vienna are individually decorated and equipped with classic or modern furniture. Great hotel.

Liked: The artwork, the beautiful stairway, the great breakfast, sofa in the room,High ceiling with drapery, open windows. Good location.
Disliked: The “tea” in the afternoon was a bit of a disappointment. Not worth getting back to the hotel for. We didn’t get all the weird candy.

Warm, welcoming and beautiful place...

Liked: A wonderfully creative atmosphere with good art all around. But the atmosphere was very cozy and the staff were very warm and welcoming. The heated floor in the bathroom was also a nice touch during my early March visit
Disliked: My room had a very comfortable chair and footstool that would have been great for reading if it had had a lamp beside it.
