Disliked: no drink making facilities / no water provided / beds small / bedside cabinets overhung the bed (Dangerous !)

Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful. My circumstances changed during my stay and the lovely woman at reception was very understanding and accommodating.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about.

Liked: The room was a good size and was cleaned everyday.
Disliked: No WiFi provided by the hotel itself. Had to use German Telecom free WiFi which was very patchy.

Liked: The room was as clean and comfortable as always. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes away from all the transport links, and a very short walk to Tegeler See.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Liked: Great Tegel location near bus stops, Lake Tegel, and many restaurants. The Hotel is one block away from a major street, so it was somewhat quiet.
Disliked: One bed was very soft-- sagged. There is no air conditioning! Had windows always open, but the room faced the street so sometimes there were loud noises. No elevator.
