Absolutely perfect

Liked: Location was perfect and beds were so comfy. Very very clean.

Great location, clean and quiet...

Liked: The room was super clean, well equipped and very quiet. The wifi sign-in by phone number was stable and worked well.
Disliked: The lobby area always smelled of fried food, and the free wifi sign-in by email address kept disconnecting every few minutes.

Liked: Location is superb. Just across the road mext to Luzern Hbf. 1 mjn walk we arrive very early ard 730am n they allow us to quickly store luggage b4 we head out for our day trips. Staff were all very friendly n helpful when we check in at 4pm, we were surprised that they upgrade us to Hotel Monopol, which is their sister hotel. Rm is very comfy, clean n spacious for our family of 4. They next morning when we check out at 730am, again, they gladky store our luggage for us till we back from our day trip around 5pm. Check in n out was a breeze. We enjoy our stay here! Highlt recommended
