Overall nice place.

Liked: Property was just fine. Right in center of town. There was NO PARKING. Nearest spot cost around CHF 50. Would recommend not bringing car. We parked at an ice rink which was 25 minutes walking.

Perfect hotel for a short...

Liked: The location in the city center is perfect. And the fact that we could park our car there, was amazing
Disliked: Nothing

Nice location and clean rooms.

Liked: Walkable to the railway station makes it very convenient. Good breakfast at Monopol.
Disliked: Elevator is too small

Liked: Nothing much except that it is close to the railway station.
Disliked: Rooms are small, bathrooms are very very small and in winter you have to go to another hotel to check in and then walk out on the road to go to this hotel.

Started bad but luckily it...

Liked: It was very central and right next to the train station, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Initially we were given a room that did not correspond to the images that were associated with that specific room type. The photos are those of renovated rooms, and we got a old room with 2 sinks on the wall in front of the bed and a very tiny toilet which I practically hardly fit in. We shared this concern at the desk and we were given a even smaller room with the same layout, and only after explaining a second time, we were given a room with a normal size toilet with the sink inside. Please be aware that the photos do not correspond to all of the rooms.

Clean modern and spacious room...

Liked: Nice, big, modern, spacious room. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower cabin on the small side. Everything spotlessly clean. Very close to the train station. My room was on the street side and I could hear some of the nightlife noise but the double glazing windows did a good job of keeping most of it from disturbing my sleep.
