Great Location and Helpful and...

Liked: We checked in and then immediately went out and came by after Reception was closed. It was an unpleasant surprise to discover that the toilet wasn’t working in the room. Next morning immediately notified the very kind Anna at Reception, who was amazingly helpful. The hotel was fully booked so no other room was available.
Disliked: Spent the entire day hanging around the room waiting for the plumber, who arrived late morning. In the end, another plumber turned up late afternoon. It was “sort of” fixed with specific instructions on how to use it, but still with water flow issues. Very unhappy with our experience. A one-off l do hope.
