Great day, hotel is old,...

Liked: Convenience, cleanliness, and hotel staff was very nice on arrival.
Disliked: Price is outrageous on peak season.

Everything was so good that...

Liked: Room was very nice but had no view.Food was good.Staff was unbelievably friendly (Grace at restaurant, bartenders, Richard and Celine at front desk, and another front desk guy from Carpio, North Dakota).
Disliked: Our room was very far from the lobby and had no view.

Would go again

Liked: On the slopes
Disliked: Fitness center was below expectation

Terrific location and great staff....

Liked: Large room, beautiful view, dog friendly, friendly staff, good food in restaurant
Disliked: Had to take shuttle to Main Street but only because sidewalks were icee. Otherwise we would have walked.

The hotel is new and...

Liked: The hotel is new and freshly renovated. The location across from Beaver Run is perfect for anyone that skis.
Disliked: There were very few amenities provided, not even coffee.

Exceptional

Liked: Close proximity to ski lifts. Great bed and size of room

Nice hotel, staff need some...

Liked: It was very modern and well designed. The hotel is also very well kept.
Disliked: I was charged by valet who they contract out as well as the hotel and have not yet had the problem resolved.

A great hotel location next...

Liked: It was very clean and accommodating with our dog. The lobby area was very nice to lounge in.
Disliked: The heater would not shut off the whole night even when we turned the temperature down making the room very warm and dry, uncomfortable to sleep in.

Disappointing

Liked: Hey good morning I just wanted to leave a comment about this hotel, unfortunately it is a very expensive hotel, it does not have good service, they force you to take the ballet parking lot, they charge you extra, they charged me for four days, they charged me $600 for Ballet Park, they do not have a microwave inside the hotel, they make you charge for everything you need, they have expired products, juices, they do not have good service at the Front Desk and when I wanted to talk about the parking lot, they did not want to talk to me, they do not have free parking in Forsan, take the ballet parking lot
