Not staying here again

Liked: Location was very good. Proximity to tram line and metro station. Best thing was the huge coffee shop next to metro station where you can get super fresh breakfast / breads etc,
Disliked: Too much cracking noise from above floors. I woke up middle of night many times due to this. Very thin walls. Very small bathroom. My room was on 1st floor. Elevator was not working and had to pick up luggage and walk up uncomfortable small stairs

Disliked: it was a bad trip , staff is not friendly when we arrived we was has heavy luggage and pur room was on 3 floor , the elevator wasn’t work then i asked staff to help me to bring the luggage to my room and he didn’t om room there is too many bedbug 👎 it was discussing

Stay at Hotel Allure

Liked: Not much but near to train station
Disliked: Room is small and got nothing like bottled water. Kettle looks dirty. Bath stand was small.Old building with high steps before reaching Reception. Not value for amount we paid.Receptionist was missing at reception.

Very good

Liked: The hotel location was good. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was just perfect for a city break. Apart from the room being cold ( heating was off, but we haven't raised that with reception). Overall, a pleasant stay!
Disliked: The breakfast. We didn't actually have it, as you can have an option to look at it first, and we weren't impressed by the choices for the money.

Liked: The location was really good, close to the city center or public transport that can help you. The staff was helpful during our stay.The elevator didn't always work so we had to go up and down the stairs sometimes (we had the room on the 3rd floor)

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.It was clean, they change towels regularly.
Disliked: The elevator does not work. There is one, but it never works. Narrow stairs, very hard to climb with luggage, kids or elderly people. Sound proof almost none.The gentleman at the reception is not suitable for that kind of job. Not friendly, not helpful, no smile.. Room was very small and tight, The bed wasn't good, they have a mattress topper which is awful, not comfortable and moving all the time. Not sure how thay have 3 stars!
