Liked: The location was really good, close to the city center or public transport that can help you. The staff was helpful during our stay.The elevator didn't always work so we had to go up and down the stairs sometimes (we had the room on the 3rd floor)

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.It was clean, they change towels regularly.
Disliked: The elevator does not work. There is one, but it never works. Narrow stairs, very hard to climb with luggage, kids or elderly people. Sound proof almost none.The gentleman at the reception is not suitable for that kind of job. Not friendly, not helpful, no smile.. Room was very small and tight, The bed wasn't good, they have a mattress topper which is awful, not comfortable and moving all the time. Not sure how thay have 3 stars!

Convenient & Comfortable :)

Liked: Great location, lovely neighbourhood with plenty of transport links into central. Addition of a balcony was also a lovely touch to sit and watch the world go by.Beds were comfortable and central heating lovely and warm.
Disliked: Rooms should be hoovered on arrival and daily.
