Liked: It was very much appreciated that the reception kept our bags for us throughout our last day due to a late flight. The place was clean, simple and everything we needed was there.
Disliked: A kettle would have been nice but I understand it's not the UK.

Exceptional

Everything was great

Liked: Great location, great accommodation for a solo traveller and the price was really good for the time around New Year's - I booked it just 2 days before the stay. Super clean, comfy and big enough bed (I'm almost 2 meters), big enough bathroom, kind and helpful staff, towels, you can always ask for more towels and toilet paper. The staff let me keep my bags at the reception until I was heading towards the airport. The hotel is less than a 2 minutes walk away from public transport (the S-Bahn takes you to Alexanderplatz in less than 5 minutes)
