Wonderful Stay In Granada

Liked: The location was perfect. Very short walk to the Alhambra. Bus stop was very close by so could reach the city centre in a short time though we walked, its not a very long walk. The breakfast was superb. The facilities were very good. The staff was polite, helpful & always smiling. The rooms were comfortable, spacious & super clean. Loved my stay here.
Disliked: Actually there is nothing that I didn't like. Totally satisfied

Clean and cozy hotel, very...

Liked: It was clean and the room was big enough with nice windows facing the swimming pool. The staff were kind and helpful. It wasn’t super modern but it has character.
Disliked: The breakfast was too basic. Could have varied a little bit between days. Also the granola/musli were too limited. Would have been nice with more options both for granola and also for the yoghurt. Freshly made juice would have also been nice but they instead had a juice machine.

Overall I would stay again...

Liked: The staff were fantastic, especially the barman in the cafeteria. Really close to the Alhambra Palace complex.
Disliked: Breakfast.Juice machines and preserve dispensers not refilled when empty and the hot food choices were lukewarm at best.

Decent enough, but there are...

Liked: The location and attention were great, you can get to a bus stop in less than 5 minutes walking and if you're only interested in visiting the Alhambra you're pretty much in front of it. The room was decent, I thought the room with terrace would offer nice views but it was rather simple. Perhaps it's better on summer. There's a decent enough parking in the hotel
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was rather simple, I got some "clean" towels with stains on my 2nd day. I also got charged for the breakfast when it was supposed to be included in the reservation. I'd say this hotel is good for the location, but there are probably better options nearby, which is a shame for the attendants, because they were great.

Relaxed with good facilities.

Liked: Excellent location opposite the Alhambra. The hotel had a relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Food at the roof top restaurant was not as good as I hoped.
