Liked: Poor experience booking was got 3 nights we left after first bad experience and waste of £900 we move to Sana hotel

Liked: the breakfast was great, perfect quality for cost. it stated it was a non-smoking hotel but someone was smoking on our floor and the smell seeped into my room, that was a little bit annoying. As for ecological concerns, there is a note in the bathroom that if we hang the towels, they will not be changed, but my towels were changed every day. Although I appreciate the extra service and cleanliness, it's not very ecological and I would have liked for my carbon imprint to be less. The staff was extra helpful and nice, thank you to all of them for a great stay!Please do not post this review online, this is just for feedback purposes.
