You get what you pay...

Liked: Beds alone were comfortable enough and price of room was lower than most places in the area. Staff were friendly. Location is near main road which is nice if taking bus, but it is not convenient to walk from train station if you have luggage.
Disliked: Biggest peeve was the wifi. Webpages take forever to load and most time it doesn't load at all. Quite unacceptable for a hotel claiming to have 'high speed internet', especially since we're on a work trip. Rooms were not the cleanest with dust in the corners and cabinet. We were there for 5 days and towels were not changed until the last day where only one of two towels in the room were changed.

Exceptional

accommodation near the beach

Liked: From the outside, the garden and the building are renovated and beautiful, like new. The room and the building were clean. The hotel was close to the promenade, where there are many restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach was very nice, umbrellas could be rented with the coupon given at the beach.
Disliked: Inside, the equipment is a bit old. The room was a bit crowded and cramped, it was difficult to move around the bed, the furniture was old.Unfortunately, the room door does not shut out the noise at all. At dawn, you could hear the sound of partygoers returning home and the dragging of suitcases perfectly. (I know that the hotel is not responsible for the noise caused by the guests, but I think it would be worthwhile to replace the old one with a noise filter door.)

A lovely place to stay.

Liked: Beautifully presented property with very friendly, helpful front of house staff. Located close to the beachfront area. Lots of options for restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We liked the personal touches in the interior decoration of the public spaces. We would happily stay again.

Good value for money

Liked: Price was really budget friendly. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is perfect if you are there for beach and sea, but also ok if more focused on the city centre. Espresso is really good and front yard is nice to chill.
Disliked: Room, especially bathroom would benefit from some renovation. They are fine and well maintained but ready for investment. On the other side that would probably affect the price so it is fair trade off at the moment.

Amazing staff

Liked: The staff are amazingly friendly, competent and so very warm.
Disliked: The blankets were too light for me and the walls are a little thin.

Friendly staff, good location!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location close to many restaurants and shops and also the beach. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!
Disliked: There was no mini fridge for our water
