would stay again. gorgeous historic...

Liked: rooms were nice and clean. everything smelled so good even the towels bed was so comfy.
Disliked: it was extremely loud for a terrace room. so much noise all night longmy room service i ordered which was a fruit plate looked like it was 2 days oldthe gym needs some cleaning and updating

A fabulous hotel, with real...

Liked: The building is beautiful. The staff were exceptional - charming, helpful, friendly and very cheerful. They made us feel very special.
Disliked: Such a minor thing but I would have really appreciated somewhere to hang a long coat. The wardrobe didn’t have a long enough drop and I didn’t want to put wet coats in there anyway. A hook near the door would have been perfect. (I ended up using the hook in the bathroom but that was not ideal)
