Liked: The location was great and once inside the hotel was such a peaceful space. We loved the rooms, but also the seating area at reception. We enjoyed the wine at 5pm and then chilling out in the area later in the evening. The breakfast was fab too.

Disliked: Rubbish left in our bin from previous guestThe receptionist cancelled our taxi due to us being 30 sec's late down the stairs, and we nearly missed our transport for our day out. Stress for no legitimate reason.Left our full bins outside our front door, and the cleaning team didn't give them back after emptying them. Cafe next door to hotel was disappointing, hair in my fried egg and overly sweet pancakes,

Liked: Very pleasant place with exceptional design in the center of Copenhagen. The breakfast is really recommended.

Liked: Location was good. Near trainstation, Tivoli and city center. At room was possibility to iron and make coffee/tea.
Disliked: I was first two nights in this hotel another room because my own planning changes. That room was very good. In this room wifi didn't work well. In my opinion bathroom was not nice. The upper path of the wall was glass. I was there alone but the room was for two person. You can see if the another is taking shower or sitting on the toilet seat. Also if you don't cower window, have lights on and sitting on the toilet seat, people from another house can see you
