Very welcoming boutique hotel

Liked: Marion and Philippe were fantastic, charming and very helpful. Great location in Juan Les Pins. Breakfast in the garden is lovely.
Disliked: Next time we’d aim to take advantage of one of the rooms with a balcony if possible.

Wonderful old villa with fabulous...

Liked: This is a character property full of charm. Beds are comfortable, nice sheets and towels, bathrooms small but modern with plenty of hot water for showers. Typical French breakfast was very nice - lovely fresh bread and croissants, yogurt etc and good strong coffee. The location is great - just a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants of Juan Les Pins. The owners of this hotel are wonderful -kind and charming - and nothing is too much trouble.
