Liked: - good location in the museums area, and quiet street- the receptionists were kind and helpful - nice living room- good breakfast
Disliked: - we were locked out of the room on Friday and Saturday because the battery of the door locking system was out of order.- the room is narrow, no much space, a mini bar on the floor which doesn’t make easy the access to the window.- painting needs to be renovated, and the shower joints too- the door is not insulated, we were woken up several time during the night.

Liked: Location is great. Quiet area near busy street. Room was a bit on the smaller side, but cozy enough. Loved tea/ coffee facilities in the room and free refills from the reception area.
Disliked: We had stayed at the top floor. Stairs from the lift to the floor and from the street to the ground floor made it difficult to cary heavy luggage. The bathroom was very cold, no heating there and in the shower ceiling was very low, only I could stay straight as I'm 5 feet tall only. Cracked mirror. The location of power plugs was inconvenient.
