This was a pleasant hotel...
Liked: Clean and safe, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Disliked: Elevator didn’t go all the way to the top floor where my room was, but that wasn’t a big deal for me.

Basic.
Liked: The staff were lovely. But the rooms were so basic. I was shocked there was no coffee/tea options in the room and that if I wanted just a coffee in the morning, it meant having to buy the buffet breakfast option. Not having the option to work downstairs outside certain hours was a bit disappointing and knowing there was no restaurant in-house to enjoy at certain times was disappointing. To be honest, it was very basic for the price I paid.
Disliked: Not being able to make a cup of coffee in my own hotel room and not being able to access a kettle to make a tea daily seems like a basic need not being met. Having no space to work in at my leisure was disappointing. And not knowing about the tourist tax and getting stung with 70 euros when I checked out was disappointing. I wasn't sure why I wasn't informed of this sooner and my friend staying with me, although, Italian, a resident of Wiesbaden had to pay the 5 euros per day?
