Good location for younger people...

Liked: The location was good and the staff were helpful. We found it a bonus that there were drinking water stations. Whilst we wouldn't say breakfast was exceptional, there was plenty fresh food and, I'm sure, something for everyone. Dining area was kept clean.
Disliked: Noisy with stag groups and tv noise, lumpy beds, air con wouldn't change from heat to cooling. . Some broken or generally unkempt items. Carpet quite stained. Headboard thick with dust. Outlook was a building site.

Great stay, great staff and...

Liked: Excellent location only 5 minutes from the square. The hotel was spotless, all the staff were very friendly and offered advice on where to go and what to see. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast had everything you could want from fruits, cereal, breads, hot and cold dishes and well displayed.
Disliked: There really wasn’t any negatives

Wonderful experience with a home...

Liked: We loved this Hotel. We stayed there five years prior and enjoyed our stay then. The young gentleman at the desk remembered me and was so welcoming. The rooms were a great size and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is in a great location with everything a walkable distance. The breakfast offered many options and the staff were quick to clear away table when people finished. Could not speak more highly of this Hotel and the way it is run. Staff were very helpful and kind.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about this hotel

Superb

Liked: The location is great, very central but not noisy. Awesome breakfast including lots of nice polish food to try. They had a lovely egg salad and a very tasty mushroom pie, a light fluffy cake with I assume cottage cheese, lots of fresh fruit plus so the usual bread-meat-cheese-cereal choices. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with coffee and tea in the room. The staff were polite and reliable.
Disliked: This is not a big issue, but the bathroom was rather stingy. Just a soap dispenser and one and a half roll of toilet paper - so no shampoo or cream or vanity set. You can buy the extras and the reception desk. Same goes for the mini bar - you could get a soft drink at the reception, nothing in the room. Not a big deal with Zabka stores at every corner open until late, but a bit clumsy.
