Superb location but I don’t...

Disliked: Cleanliness of bedding sheets - I woke up with bed bugs crawling on my skin and I found blood on my sheets

Perfect location and pleasant stay...

Liked: Perfect location, a few minutes walking to Florence Dom , Market and train station! Very friendly staff! Excellent value for money!
Disliked: It’s noting not to like !

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel was he location nothing more.
Disliked: Once you enter the hotel you smell a very bad odour and to reach your room you have to take iron stairs that were very narrow, the room was cold and the bathroom you could barely fit in.

Good location, awful hotel.

Liked: The location was great, the building has good potential.
Disliked: Old bathroom with broken toilet seat. Lights were old in the toilet and also didnt work well. The spiral staircase is shaky and doesnt not seem very stable. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, not worth paying for as an extra.

Overall, it was spacious room...

Liked: The breakfast service was excellent. The croissants & coffee were delicious. The room was a great size with small outside balcony. The hotel is 7 minutes from subway train station & walking distance to Colosseum. There are multiple restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The two luggages and myself fit in the tiny elevator but my husband had to walk up the stairs. The shower is tiny but rest of restroom was good size.
