Excellent location, comfortable and good...

Liked: Lovely, helpful & friendly reception staff … comfortable and clean rooms although could do with some insulation as can hear showering, voices etc (?!) from neighbouring rooms although otherwise generally quiet! Central location near station and old town - great spot with nearby local cafes. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfy, pillows soft and bedsheets felt soft and clean. The view from my room looked into a street and was nice. The hotel is located close to the Cathedral and old city centre (under 10 mins walk) There are many bars and restaurants around.The train and bus stations are very close to the hotel (for me a bonus - 5 mins walk from the train station)It was my second stay at this hotel and every time I have to go to Santiago I am definitively staying in it.The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.
