Superb location but only recommended...

Liked: The hit of the property is the location, almost inside the old town of Santiago; it is possible to do all the main tourist visits just by walking. The hotel does not have good facilities, but if you are a solo or young couple traveller and just need a place to rest and take a shower, it can fit. I do not recommend it for families with children.
Disliked: The breakfast area, which is a big and nice area, is closed most of the time. They only open for breakfast and keep it locked after. Also, for those who need to work, check e-mails or to sit and read a book, the area fits perfectly, but the hotel keeps it closed. The hotel's room does not have an electric kettle or microwave, so if you need to drink a cup of tea or coffee, you need to go outside. The TV has no access to the internet, and the channel list is limited, if you are travelling with kids, this is a problem. Also, the internet signal is weak, especially on the 2nd floor.
