Liked: Great location.
Disliked: There was no one to check us in when we got there. Had to do it over video phone. Very long slow process. Eventually got code to open lockbox to room where room card was said to be stored, but there was no room card. Another video call. Friends and I had booked 3 rooms. Took about an hour to check in. I wont use another hotel that is not staffed on premises.

Liked: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

Great location and clean room,...

Liked: Really great location, very close to the cathedral and restaurants and bars. There’s also a bus to airport nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned well every day during our stay. My child really loved it!
Disliked: Maybe it was Friday night parties around the old town. It was a bit noisy then. Sunday night was much quieter.

Great value and location

Liked: The location is excellent. You are within walking distance to all the important parts of the town, to the bus station, and the various restaurants.The staff is fantastic and very helpful. They booked me a cab to the airport, as I had a very early flight. They gave me coins for the bus. I could go on and on. Awesome people. The room has character. Nice wooden floor, wooden shelves, etc. It has a historic air.
Disliked: The bed was hard. I had a hard time sleeping because of this.

Liked: Location, very nice room and good value for money
Disliked: Noisy. The city is quite alive during the night which is to be expected. There was a lack of acoustic insulation due to poor fitting of the windows and skylights. The equipment was good but the install was bad. very easy to fix with the right technician. Please note that the hotel supplied ear plugs with the toiletries :)
