Great location but challenging access.

Liked: The total is in a fantastic location, walking distance from most sight seeing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was neat and clean.
Disliked: The hotel is located in a pedestrian only area. So, one has to park at a nearby garage and then walk to the hotel. The Jeanne D"Arc garage was a mess. We had trouble finding the entrance, and there was no obvious pedestrian entrance that was unlocked when we got back. The special pricing tickets we received from the hotel did not work properly so the machine did not give us an exit ticket. We were lucky that there was a human on the help line to let us out!

Liked: It is a charming hotel with character. The breakfasts were lovely, with locally sourced organic produce. The location is perfect for visiting this gorgeous city!

Short break in Toulouse

Liked: The location was perfect, just off Place Capitole. We could walk to all the important places. Bars and restaurants were all quite near.The hotel was lovely , full of character. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. There was a lift.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like
