Noisy area

Liked: The location was great, very close from Gare Lyon and from restaurants, shops and the river.
Disliked: The street is very noisy. It started to become more "quiet" from 3am. On top of the street noise, the air conditioning in the bathroom is very noisy and cannot be turned off. The bed and pillow were also not that great, too hard.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel felt historic and fun, and the included breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Picked the hotel based on its proximity to the Bastille, but to get there we needed to walk through a pretty rough neighborhood.

Liked: The hotel, the room and the breakfast were okay. We were only there for a very short time, but I can recommend it due to its proximity to the railway station. For longer stays... I don't know.
Disliked: The lift is very cramped, maybe enough for one person. We only used the stairs.

Accessible as a transit hotel...
