Great location to see Florence....

Liked: Breakfast was good quality food and good selection. A bit of everything..Nice breakfast room in the basement
Disliked: A very old building so bits of it are showing their age but they are renovating bit by bit

Liked: Everything was awesome! The lobby had a wonderful scent. The rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and was plentiful. The front desk personnel were very helpful. This place is perfect.

Convenient & comfortable

Liked: The hotel is in a convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the train station & easy walk to the main sites. I originally booked a standard room and they upgraded us to a king suite. The breakfast was good.

Efficient, adequate, good location, unfriendly,...

Liked: The hotel itself is charming, comfortable and met our basic needs. Our room was quiet, very clean, of adequate size but too small to relax in. The best room feature was an excellent shower spoilt only by being placed over the bath tub. Staff were efficient.
Disliked: The young man who registered (not greeted) guests for breakfast each morning. He was evidently taking a Phd in rudeness and arrogance, I predict great success in his finals.
