Liked: Location location location. Nice, unpretentious lobby with solid music, good coffee and food. Clean rooms. Staff is great.
Disliked: floors (carpeting and bed platforms) could use some attention and upgrades

Liked: Martin is absolutely FANTASTIC!! We got engaged while we were there and my diamond fell out as we were walking into the hotel and without hesitation he started to help us look for it. He was so nice and very accommodating and overall made our experience so great. Him and my fiance chatted everyday we were there and always checked in if we needed anything, Martin deserves a raise!!!
Disliked: Another staff member, can't remember her name at this point but I think she might be the manager, was not very friendly and kind of rude. She's the reason we won't be staying there again.
