Liked: The hotel is just perfect. It is located very close to all international organisations in DC and everything works perfectly. The staff is exceptionally efficient and helpful. My sincere thanks go to Ellis from the reception who was professional, helpful. well informed and with a good sense of humour.
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind. All was fine.

Comfortable stay at Washington circle

Liked: Bright and very clean and spacious rooms . Helpful pleasant staff . Although we didn’t use it there is a free launderette in the basement and gym .
Disliked: The area seemed to have frequent noise from fire engine and ambulance sirens but rooms at the back may be quieter . Otherwise the hotel was very nice and within short walking distance of many cafes and restaurants as well as metro .

Liked: How clean hotel is! The staff was excellent and attentive.
Disliked: The restaurant. There was not a lot of options and me and my daughter’s chicken was not cooked fully. The manager took chicken back to the kitchen to finish on grill then it was burnt .
