Liked: It was clean and in a good location. The female bartender was brilliant
Disliked: The rooms were very dark with poor lighting and there was never enough towels, spoons, glasses etc for two queens. Kept having to ask for more. The beds were incredibly squeaky meaning our sleep was disturbed .

Brilliant location & amazing staff

Liked: The bed was comfy, the staff were amazing - nothing was impossible. Friendly cleaners and doormen, definitely recommend

Liked: Nice staff, comfortable, quiet room.
Disliked: Very dark common areas. Breakfast room on mezzanine so dark you can’t see what you’re eating. Ridiculous bath/shower, hard to get into not really safe.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, always willing to help and make our experience enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—perfect for getting everywhere easily, which made exploring the city so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with all the right amenities, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The room size was quite small, making it feel a little cramped.
