I had an amazing stay...
Liked: Location, the plants and floral arrangements. Reception staff were nice. Room had a nice view and the environment was clean and modern. Loved the atmosphere and architecture of the building.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I found crumbs and tissue on my bed after it was meant to have been made… the cleaners can do better with cleaning the room and changing the bed sheets. Also think that the food is too expensive in the restaurant… Mare.

Superb
Liked: Check-in was a breeze. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Sebas, Oscar and Ivana. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee cafes.
Disliked: I didn't like that you had to take an elevator to the 25th floor and then get off and take a second one (around the corner) to go down to your room.

Liked: Very comfortable beds - nice room - nice pool area
Disliked: Restaurant had limited offerings and very expensive (low value for money)Odd way to get to the rooms with multiple elevators and an upper floor needed to transit from from elevator to anotherPool area was on the roof of a building on the other side of a side street
