Liked: Staff is very courteous and arranging. Thank a lot to the employee who did our late check-in, he was very kind and soft. The hôtel and room are very clean, we had a room on the courtyard side and it was extremely quiet! Breakfast is great!

Liked: I am delighted with the location of the hotel. I enjoy the accommodations; they are very comfortable, clean, and very pleasant for all of us.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like about the accommodation was that the room's air conditioning and heating were controlled by reception. I had to call constantly to have them change the air conditioning, which was always too cold, to warmer. Each guest should control their own air conditioning to their liking so they wouldn't have to keep calling reception.

Liked: Friendly receptionist and easy check in/check out, offered complimentary hot and cold drinks, amazing location and relatively good pricing. There were a couple of things that could have been cleaner (e.g. some cobwebs around windows; dust on extraction fan in the bathroom) - otherwise room appeared to be clean.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great, more metro station is nearby and there are many restaurants, shops in the neighborhood. The room has everything for a short stay, it was clean and the bed was comfy, but the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was also good, so many option to choose.
