Fabulous value! Have stayed here...

Liked: Microwave in lobby. Also, hot water for coffee/tea & juice. There were free croissants & those with chocolate, & cakes in the afternoon through out the night. Nice lobby with several private sitting areas. We played card games in one. One of the staff (Theo) speaks very good American English & was very helpful!
Disliked: Nothing..it was great! An American may want ice, but it is for sale at the corner grocery as you exit to the right for ~ 1$

Disliked: The receptionist is rude..we asked for make up the room in the morning but when we came back in evening they didn’t do it..we told the other receptionist on evening shift instead say sorry he just told us rudely that it is normal if they didn’t do clean the room because they don’t do it for everyday, but we stayed for 2 nights and when we asked for it the receptionist already said yes. We just forget about that so we just asked about new towel by telephone but he asked to take it in receptionist by ourself, we went to receptionist, what is unacceptable that they just put new towel on the sofa which is every guest sit on it that we never guarantee the cleanliness..instead of just pass it by hand to us but they did in bad way. Other things they don’t have toothpaste, door on entrance is broken and the breakfast was salad and breads which is taste not fresh. So after what we had with this hotel, we won’t recommend and come back again.

Liked: The location, the staff, the cost. The room was spacious yet cosy. The bed was huge and comfy.
Disliked: Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room.There was only 1 coffee pod each for the stay. Any additional pods had to be purchased from reception.
