Convenient location but staff unhelpful...
Liked: Rooms clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was provided
Disliked: No kettle available as described.Member of staff brought one up but was fitted with wrong plug so useless. Asked for cups for coffee and were given paper cups.Correct kettle provided the next day.Website stated restaurant open when it wasn’t.Phone number given on booking . Com not functioning !!

Disliked: A lot of things in the room are broken, including chairs and kettles. The room is very small.

Disliked: breakfast start was too late , usually in other hotel is starting at 7.00 which would be ideal for guest who work .

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The door to reception was locked in the evening and morning. The restaurant door was also locked. Nobody was available to contact. Someone opened my room door while I was in the room. No breakfast. Disappointing! I do not recommend this hotel.
