Liked: Great value for money: clean, bright, with friendly people. Sound isolation isn’t perfect, but overall it’s a great place in a perfect location

Pleasant and Comfortable stay.
Liked: The location is perfect for anyone who would love to explore the city of Vienna, right in the center of all the attractions you can think of, walkable distances to many attractions. The trams, bus and metro stations are just five minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel may look old but well maintained and clean. The rooms are clean on a daily basis and linens and toiletries replenished everyday. The staffs are helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The room rate is decent considering the location of the hotel which is close to most of the tourist attractions.
Disliked: While the hotel has provided a mini fridge and glasses in the room which I liked, the only thing missing is the kettle which I’m surprised I didn’t see one.

7 nights vacation
Liked: Reception and housekeepers are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and equipped. Although, room designs are out of fashion and furnitures are aged. They are squeaking when you turn around in the bed or walking in the room.Sound insulation is bad. I think this is an improvement point. Sound insulation is essential for a hotel. Room keys are too big, difficult to carry. Entertaintment is poor. Tv is old fashioned and an android one would be great.Location is great, very close to markets, restaurants, also the museums and public transportation.Heating is more than enough, although cooling is not existed (at least in my room).With a modern architectural approach; simple but useful, comfortable and elegant hotel structure is possible and necessary to carry the hotel to the future.
